FAQ
Q1: How do I turn the Vape Pen/MOD On/Off?
A1: Commonly, by pushing the trigger button five times quickly will turn the unit on/off. When done so, The Indicator Light will flash several times meaning that it has worked. Some units are different though, so please be sure to read the instructions before using. If you are still having trouble, then please contact us.
Q2: When I push the trigger button, it just flashes and i'm not getting any vapour?
A2: You will find that this will just be a matter of recharging the unit. When it flashes when being pressed, this just indicates a flat battery. In very few occasions this also can be caused due to a Atomiser Fault or connection error, but for now just charge & take it from their.
Q3: I'm getting a burnt & harsh taste every now and then. Is this normal?
A3: If used in the correct way, you should see very little of this. the main causes could be that there is no Liquid left in the Atomizer, The Coil may need replacing (depending on the usage, or a main factor is when you use a New Atomiser. When using a Atomiser for the first time, ensure you fill it to advised Level. With our Wick Less Atomisers, it is recommended that you fill it to around 80% full and leave for about 20-30 Minutes before using. This gives the Coil time to soak up the Liquid. It is also recommended that before taking your first puff, that you prime it, by holding down the trigger button until the light flashes. If you are still encountering the problem after, repeat by priming and shaking it vigorously! Just make sure you hold the tip so no excess oil comes flying out. If the problem is constant and you have tried the following steps, please contact us. We will exchange or refund the product, only if found to be faulty!
Q4: How do I put the E-Liquid into my Atomizer/Tank?
A4: This all depends on what Atomiser/Clearomiser/Tank you have! With Atomizers and Clearomizers it is very simple. Tilt the unit to about 45 Degrees and slowly pour the E-Liquid down the side of the Atomizer/Clearomizer. Avoid getting any liquid in the central hole. With Tanks, It can be different with each one. As these devices are more advanced, they provide better child lock safety features. Some units, like the Vaporesso Tank, has a left hand thread on the first part you need to remove and then a normal thread on the final part to be removed. You will need to follow the instructions provided with your unit to ensure you do not damage anything!
Q5: I ordered the wrong E-Liquid, can I please return it and exchange it for something else?
A5: No. Unfortunately, once it has left the warehouse, we can not take it back due to Health & Safety regulations. Please make sure you double check your orders before checking out!
Q6: My Vape Pen/MOD is not working. I have followed all the instructions, but I can't get it to work. What should I do?
A6: Please notify us as soon as you can with details of the problem. We will do what we can to resolve the issue for you. that is our guarantee!
TIP: It is most important that you keep all your connections clean. Liquid Build up or corrosion over time will affect your Vape Pen/MODS Performance. Giving each part a clean every couple days, will keep your device working at its peak performance and ensure a longer Product life.
TIP: Your Atomisers have a built in Wick/Coil which has only so much life. Generally, you will get around 10-15 refills (Sometimes more, sometimes less). You will know when the coil has burnt out as it may spit a bit of liquid in your mouth when you are drawing back or a noticeable change in the performance of the product. Also, the E-Liquid will look Discoloured. Be sure it's not the battery first though, before replacing the coil. By changing the coil regularly anyway, it will enhance your vaping experience, ensuring you do not encounter these issues. Coils are inexpensive to buy, compared to replacing the entire Atomiser. It is always a good idea to have a separate Atomiser or Tank for different flavours, as by using the one unit will change the taste, If you do not have others at hand, you can prompt for a good clean out with Saline Solution or something similar, until the smell of the other E-Liquid has gone. By doing this, it may shorten the life span of the coil!
